How it started
We started with one job and a lot of hard work
My wife and I took on our first cleaning job together, and we just made sure we did it right. The client was happy, they told someone else, and that person called us. That's honestly how the whole business started. Just word of mouth and people trusting us with their spaces.
Over four years later, that's still how we get most of our work. We never planned to build some big company. We just wanted to do good, honest work and take care of the people who hire us. The person who gives you the quote is the same person who shows up to clean. That's always been the way we do things.
Years of experience before this
Before we started Kanians Pro Clean, my wife and I worked for several years as custodians with Edmonton Public Schools. That's where we really learned the trade. Cleaning to a high standard, day in and day out, in spaces that thousands of people rely on.

With a lot of cleaning companies, you don't really know who's going to show up at your door. They send whoever is available that day. We don't work like that.
My wife and I do every job together as a team. We know our equipment, we know what "clean" really means, and we take it personally when something has our name on it. If something isn't right, we fix it. It's that simple.
What that means for you is that you get the same two people every time. Same standard, same care, no guessing.
Built for serious work
We handle big jobs too, not just homes
A lot of small cleaning businesses only do houses. We wanted to do more than that. Early on, we invested in real commercial equipment, including an auto floor scrubber, so we could take on bigger projects. Post-construction cleanups, office buildings, facilities. The kind of jobs that need serious equipment and people who know how to use it.
Today we work with property managers, contractors, and building operators around Edmonton and Whitecourt. The jobs have gotten bigger over the years, but we still run things the same way. Show up ready, do the work properly, and make sure the client is happy before we leave.

We made sure to get every certification and every coverage that a cleaning company should have. It's important to us that our clients feel safe and protected when we're in their space.
Fully Insured
We carry full liability coverage on every job. Your property is protected the whole time we're there.
WCB Covered
We have active Workers' Compensation Board coverage. That means zero liability on your end for our safety.
BOC Certified
Building Operator Certification. We understand how commercial buildings work and what standards they need.
First Aid & WHMIS
We're trained in workplace safety and how to handle cleaning chemicals properly. We don't cut corners on that.
